Have A Great One

This is what I've made already:

Pecan Pies - Here they are, unbaked.

Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
Bourbon Sweet Potatoes
A Vat of Curried Butternut Soup
Spiced Cashews
Mini Corn Muffins with Dried Cherries
Maple Butter for the muffins
Dinner tonight, mostly

To Be Done -
Apple Pie - To be made in moments
Mango Salsa - Part of dinner tonight. I'll share the recipe next week.

Salmon Mousse - I don't care what it looks like. I'm piping it on Melba Toast tomorrow
Guacamole - My Fav
Cut up Stuffing stuff

In my many visits to the store this week, I kept an eye out for Huge Red . I never saw him, but I hope he and his wife are okay and SHE'S doing the cooking this year.

Enjoy your cooking, enjoy your family, enjoy your friends. I'll see you on the other side. Happy Thanksgiving!
