The Food Network is bringing back its Chefography series next week with new episodes of its famous chefs. (Well, I use the word CHEF rather imprecisely in several cases.) But for those of us who want to get into the heads of those chefs we love and love to hate, Chefography is essential viewing.

I can’t wait to see what made Bobby Bobby, or how Nigella really gets those massive globes…I’m talking artichoke globes HERE…into a recipe.

We'll learn that Giada is from that famous movie family and that Ina used to work at the White House - and far away from the kitchen.
