CHEERS!

A little snack for Royal Wedding watching - Champagne and a petit four made from discs of Chocolate Souffle Roulade, sandwiched with cream and cherry preserves.

Not sure which is more impressive: that you watched it or that you ate the whole thing!

Maybe if we all started our day with Champagne and a snack such as that the world would be a better place.

Tom,
Now, wait a second! I think it was an optical illusion. That cake was tiny. And each chocolate layer was about the size of a quarter. AND I never said if I ate the whole thing...but it WAS a really long morning!

Sheila,
I couldn't agree more!

I watched it, but I'm glad I wasn't one of those people who was obsessed with it, waiting breathlessly for it to happen. How let down you can feel after it's all over. I got enough of that after my own wedding and at least after my own wedding I still had my new life to look forward to.

Why not eat the whole thing? They are doing nonstop partying at the Palace with a bit lunch and then partying all night and then bacon sanwiches at 6AM. Party like a royal!!!

Hi Rach,
I have to admit, as I watched the whole thing, I was a little underwhelmed, but by the 16th repeat I was loving everything!

And, YEAH, it really was a tiny PETIT four, hence the name!

Oh boy does that look good! I would eat it all, I think. I watched some of the early footage at 3 AM. Haha. Then I watched some recaps the next day.

Kate's gorgeous! It was such a beautful wedding.

And the Beckhams were there!
