Chef David Burke Cooks For His Mother

This is a very sweet video from Nightline with Chef David Burke cooking for his mom. At minute 3:32, he cooks Lobster Scrambled Eggs. The best part: David says, "Instead of milk, we add lobster bisque to the eggs." Mom says (with a wink and a nod), “I do that too.” Sure you do, Mom. Too cute.

By the way, his Turkey Club "Pancake" recipe is reminiscent of Paula using a pancake as a staging area for scrambled eggs AND pizza toppings.

Is this a new trend? Are pancakes the new tortillas? Sounds good to me.

Thanks, Rach. It was a nice day that ended with take-out Indian food. What could be wrong with that?
