Have a great one. I think I have a pretty good selection of candy. You may wonder why there are so many Kit-Kat bars. It's called self-preservation - I hate Kit-Kat bars! And please don't comment on the fact that there is a lone Almond Joy in the basket.

Wow -- you do give out good candy! And I'll take the Kit-Kats myself!
Thanks, Tom.
Be my guest!
I'll take that lone Butterfinger. Our Halloween is a rainout - had 50 treat bags ready, which is what usually goes here in my neighborhood, and so far ~ only about 10 have been passed out the front door !! And the Phillies & Yankees in rain delay too, here in Philadelphia. So no game to watch, no trick or treaters . . . guess I'll have to start eating the candy !!
Hey Deb,
Poor you! We hightailed it out of here to get home before the game started. And I was told by those left behind that we had A LOT of trick or treaters. But there's certainly enough candy left to do real damage.
Mmmmm candy. That's a really good assortment. Now what is it about the Kit-Kat that you don't like? I think they're just ok. I don't get terribly excited about them.
Now Almond Joy....
I buy Snickers for the same reason. I don't dare bring Reese's cups or Twix into the house. I wouldn't do Kit Kats either I must confess.
Em,
The only thing that would make Almond Joys better is if they were made with dark chocolate.
Hi Rach,
I don't mind Snickers... Despite my best intentions, some really great candy finds its way into my house.
I agree! Why haven't they made those yet? Are Mounds milk chocolate too? It's been so long since I've had one.
