Is it just me, or have you ever noticed that gnarly lemons give the most juice? I was about to toss these lemons and I decided to give them a reaming (although they had never done anything to me personally). Wow, they performed in a big way AND the juice tasted just fine. I'm sorry for anything bad I ever said about them.

No, Em, I froze it. I LOVE having fresh lemon juice always available in case a Caesar salad dressing urge comes upon me.
