Yes. The short answer is yes, I would totally make my kitchaid badass like that. Is it christmas yet? I've been good, honest.
In a New York minute! I would LOVE to have a flaming KitchenAid! I need to look for flame decals...
It may be just me, but I think all of those are ugly. They're tacky! I hate the flames.I think classic is beautiful.I don't have one. I think pale yellow would be pretty.
Adam and Marty,Actually, I like this one better:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=330156279409&Category=20679&_trksid=p3907.m29If only it looked like it was supposed to. Em,C'mon. Live a little! Actually with what a KitchenAid costs, I would never desecrate mine.
I think Alton Brown is to blame for this idea. He is the first person I ever saw with the flame-patterened Kitchenad.
Hi Rach,I didn't know that! I kind of like the one with the hula skirt. But what if you dripped cake batter on the grass skirt? That would be a pain to clean.
You bet I would, if I could afford one of those fancy mixers.Although the flames idea has kinda been done to death according to that link in your post.I'd have to have something a bit different, I haven't given it much thought, but it would definitely have to be different.
I think I would - some of those are totally awesome! If I only HAD a KitchenAid....alas...
I love my KitchenAid. NO WAY would I gunk it up with flames, any more than I'd gunk up my car with bumper stickers. But for some reason I can see guys doing it.
I am all about classic beauty, and its what's inside the Kitchenaid that is more important. Although I did really love some of the "pimped-up" versions!
Hi Monty,I'd love to see what you come up with. The only thing I might consider is a shiny car-like spray paint job in a brilliant color, but decals? Never.Jenn,When you get your KitchenAid, which I'm sure will happen one day, I bet you'll feel differently.Tracy,Good point about the car. And I agree with you about how guys are more likely to deface their property. You're right, Deborah, the truth is the KitchenAid is all about the motor. The rest is just window dressing...but how beautiful a thing it is in its natural state.
