No heavy cream necessary :)
LOVE the tip about using a quarter cup for sliders. I'm guessing that would mean a 1/2 cup would work for real burgers? Totally trying that!!Elinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14346005558498273542noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-10916644943158006982011-09-13T09:39:35.538-04:002011-09-13T09:39:35.538-04:00I think I agree that I would just use a fattier me...I think I agree that I would just use a fattier meat - although a bit of bacon grease wouldn't hurt either! :-)The Short (dis)Order Cookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05510572788683143569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-15305895567876947552011-09-12T17:18:04.415-04:002011-09-12T17:18:04.415-04:00I saw this episode!!

I love it that you tried adding the cream...Hi Sue,

I love it that you tried adding the cream! Nice to know it helps even just a little in a pinch (and if I can't find 85% lean in the supermarket). But I can see where it wouldn't be the same as extra beef fat. Maybe a little bacon grease instead?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
