Even if he had practiced 100 times, his timing was still amazing.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02284023935180677683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-25502850239821944042011-01-19T16:10:19.267-05:002011-01-19T16:10:19.267-05:00Hi Tom,

It would make a huge difference.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-3648165527585061872011-01-12T17:35:14.036-05:002011-01-12T17:35:14.036-05:00Amy,
I love being thought of.

Gnocchi can be SO good and it's not that easy to make.

Okay, maybe you're right - inedible is worse than not good. BUT Jamie has squeaked by for weeks now. Maybe they should have gotten rid of both of them.

Em,
Okay, okay. I already said Amy was right and I was wrrrr...I can't quite bring myself to say it...WRONG! Perhaps Casey WAS the right one to go home.

MARCEL??? In the top three?!! What did you put in your last batch of brownies? (And, PLEASE, may I have some??!) I have to think about that one.

Hiya Astheroshe,
YES!!! You agree with me about Jamie, but now I think we may both be wrong. BUT you're right, of course, she should have been gone already.

Fabio is okay and Richard isn't eliciting the gag reflex in me that he did in his original season.

Rach,
No! Don't get hooked. Read a book instead.

Let me know when you find that dim sum place again.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02284023935180677683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-39288046739342423882011-01-12T16:17:18.873-05:002011-01-12T16:17:18.873-05:00I wonder if I should give up trying to watch this ...I wonder if I should give up trying to watch this show since I missed it 3 weeks in a row. I can't even seem to catch the reruns.

That was a really interesting challenge though. One has to wonder if it's wise to fool too much with something as classic as dim sum.

Now I want dim sum. I wonder if I'll ever find that place in Chinatown a friend took me to years ago again. The Short (dis)Order Cookhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05510572788683143569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-53030374085406900082011-01-12T09:48:49.664-05:002011-01-12T09:48:49.664-05:00Jamie.... My least favorite chef from day one..Please go home!

Carla! still the Queen

Fabio..nice to look at, but really?? i'm tired of your gnocci. Glad he cooked something other than that and the Judges love it.

Richard..still the man :)astheroshehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11301322097887964600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-77028694059958295592011-01-12T03:55:17.096-05:002011-01-12T03:55:17.096-05:00Yeah, Amy is right... She should have gone home weeks ago.

Marcel, Dale, Richard... top three? That's my prediction right now. But one of the ladies might be in the top.Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17204776831565649927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1134384403689315687.post-75716676020919186942011-01-12T01:02:55.506-05:002011-01-12T01:02:55.506-05:00When Tom made the "people come back for the s...When Tom made the "people come back for the service" I immediately thought of you.

Did you read his blog? He said the producers told him he needed to have his dish done in less than 10 minutes. I wonder what would've happened if he just didn't.

I always remembered Fabio's original "It's Top Chef, not Top Scallop" comment. To which I say to him (for this season) - dude, two gnocchi dishes.

Tom also said that Casey's chicken feet were inedible, and that inedible beats not good every time. I think it wouldn't have been such a shock, except the producers totally edited it to seem that Casey was going home and then kind of just blind sided us with it being Casey.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
